This strain is AMAZING!! I have a lot of stress/anxiety and I also smoke for my PMDD. It really helps with muscle cramps/soreness. I've also had it help a headache. I have high blood pressure, and it lowered my blood pressure down to around 110/60. This strain completely relaxed and de-stressed me, completely. It took away any anger/frustration/irritation I had, and replaced it with a very peaceful, calm and serene feeling. I was able to relax, watch some tv, surf the net via my phone in bed, without couch locking and passing right out. I was still alert, so it didn't give me an overly stony feeling either. The other times I smoked more, it def helped me go to sleep. I also have pretty bad insomnia. It didn't just knock me out, but more like, let me slip into a nice relaxing sleep. I always wake up feeling refreshed, and rejuvenated after smoking this strain. I also found that it made me feel somewhat... How to put this, erotically charged? Subtly though. It did not give me the munchies either.

Yo I literally made a leafly acount to write about this strain cuz this is truly a high. Sativa dominant hybrid, but overindulge and you will be a bit sleepy after a while. Definitely a versatile strain, but either way the high is amazing through and through. A bit of a creeper, so take time between puffs, especially dabs. As a flower it's a bit more of a true hybrid, but as wax and rosin dabs, the high will definitely throw you for a loop.

So let me say, I was extremely worried and paranoid about smoking medical marijuana. Living on the West Coast I decided to go on a limb and get my medical marijuna card. I had just been in Urgent Care, two weeks prior for horrific anxiety and ptsd. My doctor had prescribed me Xanax and short term I felt it was okay, but I had heard horroy stories about patients who had used Xanax long term and the terrible side effects of ever trying to get off the medication. While I was grateful for my doctos giving me the medication, I knew this was something I did not want to take long term. I have terrible PTSD, tremors, anxiety and paranoia. The budtender recommened me this strain after stating my condition to her. I can say nothing but good things about cookies and cream. A little goes a long way for first timers. But it gave me 0% anxiety. I felt 0 anxiety or paranoia whatsoever smoking this. It relaxes my muscles, my shoulders, my back, and just makes me feel more calm and level. I can 100% function, and go about my day, it just makes me feel like the tiny things in life dont matter, and it knocks ou my social anxiety. Great strain for first timers who have never smoked before. Great for patients looking to treat PTSD and Panic Disorder.

We didn't have any strains in mind, but after chatting with the knowledgeable Budtender, we had narrowed it down to Cookies and Cream and Dutch Treat. Went with the former, and it became our main strain for the next week. We generally keep our intake down to a minimum, and Cookies and Cream delivered quite wallop. Long, floaty, slightly euphoric buzz. Also pretty good for back pain from work. After a couple of grand hits, the effect becomes something close to a good, strong Indica. I was surprised by the complete lack of paranoia/nervousness, especially with Durban Poison as a parent. Marvelous new strain.
