Summary: We stayed at this condo while attending a trade show at the nearby Orange County Convention Center. Perfect location to walk back and forth. Condo was well furnished, clean and pleasant.

Summary: The property is spacious, well furnished and is ideally located alongside Lake Cay. The balcony overlooks the lake and allows viewing of spectacular sunset vistas. Grocery store (Publix), pizza, Chinese, burger and bakery restaurants, and pharmacy (Walgreens) are within walking distance. Florida Mall and Wall-Mart are a short driving distance. Close to Universal Studios and Convention Centre. Disney is not too far. Airport is within fifteen to twenty minutes. There is a nice recreation centre within the property that has a pool, hot water spa and a bar/snack place. The place is equipped with cutlery, crockery and other kitchen tools which are quite adequate for short stays but these need to be supplemented for longer stays. For example, there are no serving platters and baking dishes are sparse. The staff is quite responsive, however, when asked to provide more stuff.The balcony furniture was a great disappointment and needs to be refurbished. One of the lounging chairs was broken and the settee was creaky -- you sat on it at your own peril! This marred our experience. if the balcony furniture were renewed/replaced, it would make this place ideal.Because of balcony and kitchen equipment issues, we have rated this property as four stars. If these issues are addressed, this property would be a five-star one.

Summary: This condo was perfect for our needs! Clean and well stocked for a family.Slept 4 adults and 2 kids very comfortably and was quite spacious. its close proximity to the Convention Center, Top Golf, Universal Studios, Mario cart racing, restaurants was a plus and it walking distance to the grocery store! We would definitely book it again.

Summary: Our condo was large and beautifully furnished. View of lake from balcony was lovely too. Very very pleased.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay last week. The condo was extremely clean and very spacious for our family of 5. The location is great, about 10 min from Universal it to our surprise there was a Chick Fil-A right across and the street and a Publix shopping plaza with other restaurants also within walking distance.

Summary: Had such a lovely time in this rental! It was beautifully decorated, super clean, and had everything we needed. All the staff were friendly, and the pool area was very nice. Would definitely stay here again.

Summary: We came to Orlando to attend the Ignite Conference. We were so busy at the convention center and exhausted as we left every day. The Spring Lakeview condo was the perfect place in which to relax and recover each day. Besides the great location, the layout was perfect and it was beautifully decorated.I hope to return next year and highly recommend it. Thanks to our wonderful hosts!Jill

Summary: 2nd time staying with this firm / different condo. This one is GORGEOUS in a quiet building. Roomy, big, well appointed with a nice balcony that has a lake view from a 3rd floor. Great location and you're near the Vista Cay pool / club house.

Summary: This is our 3rd rental with Monica, first in this unit. It was beautiful and SO clean. The only issue we had was the beds were very hard. That could be personal preference, but to us they were not comfortable at all. Otherwise everything was really great. The sunsets from the balcony were stunning. We have been staying at Vista Cay for about 11 years now and Monica's units are really the best.
