First time with this practice and was treated with respect. Doctor was very knowledgeable and kind

The entire staff was helpful and very informative. One thing though. Both the Huber waiting area for the Ortho dept and Medical Imaging need some taller seating for those of us who have had knee and hip surgery. I know MV North outpatient services has some. Protocols for my hip surgery said I was not to go beyond 90 degrees between my hip and knee when I sat. The chairs available would not allow that so I had to stand to wait for my appointment which thankfully was short. I cannot imagine one or two chairs in each waiting room should be that expensive for a not for profit company.

I always have a great experience at Premier Orthopedics, wait time in the waiting area is low, the longest time I've had to wait is 20 minutes before being called to see Dr. Jerele, which is fantastic, considering a lot of times I'm going back to work, Dr. Jerele is very personable, listens and is compassionate about any concerns, questions, or inquiries about your care, very easy to communicate with. I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Dr. Jerele and her office staff are the best. She was recommended by a hospitalist, after my father broke his humerus. Due to my father's Alzheimer's, before seeing a new doctor, as his caregiver and daughter, I do a lot of research on doctors. Dr. Jerele was a happy accident and one of the most caring and gentle doctors my father has ever seen. She explains what she's doing and carefully outlined my father's care plan. I have told so many people to write down her name, in case they ever need an orthopedic surgeon. She's the best.

My experience with Premier Orthopedics was awesome. Doctor Jerele is a master at what she does and I am "walking" proof of that. (Literally) My entire experience was handled very professionally and I would recommend Premier's services to anyone and everyone. All the staff made me feel at ease from my surgery to the after care. I have extreme anxiety and the staff helped mitigate any negative feelings I had. Customer service was on point from beginning to the end and from the bottom to the top! No issues whatsoever

Dr. Jerele was very kind and reassuring. I felt very comfortable with her.

I went to Dr. Jerele to have a bump on the left side of my left ankle were I had broken my ankle 2 years ago and she did my surgery. I wanted her to look at it and gave me an idea of why I have the bump. I removed my shoe and she just looked at my foot with my sock on. I told her that I could remove my sock twice, she said I did not need to. She never saw the bump on my foot, she only recommended that I go to physical theropy. I was so disappointed that she never looked at the bump on my foot.

Just hoping to get more good news when I return.
